I leased a 2010 Prius "3" from Griffith Toyota in June 2010. Pete Sartovia (may be way off on spelling of last name)was patient and had a refreshing lack of "sleazy car salesman vibe". This is my fourth new car purchase and this was my best buying experience. Anyhow, the day after I bought the car I drove it 300+ miles to a presentation and during the drive I noticed that the solar/sunroof option i got on the "3" looked like it would prevent me from putting roof racks on the car. I called the dealer from the road and they confirmed that roof racks would not fit with the solar roof. I explained that as an avid biker I really needed racks. Ed the sales manager said "no problem, bring the car back and we'll put you in a prius "2" which will accept the racks. I explained that they didn't have the color i wanted in the "2" on the lot and once again "no, problem we'll find you one". They sent two employees over an hour away to get the color and options i wanted, had the paperwork done and waiting for me when i got back to town at 6pm, didn't give me any grief about putting over 300 miles on the returned car and the whole "trade-out" took about 20 minutes. I would recommend them.

I have never had a bad experience at Griffith Motors. I have always been treated well and notified of everything that would be done to my Highlander - never a surprise when I go to pay the bill. And the free carwash is always a nice bonus. :)

I bought a Tundra and Mike at the Griffith performance center helped me Pimp my Ride. Now it looks awesome. On top of that I get free oil changes, tires rotated, fluids topped off, and check-ups for two years and they send me reminders to come in. It is great because no appointment are needed and it only has taken 45 minutes to get it completed. Thank you Griffith Motors for making it easy.

Griffith Motors is a great place to buy a car and the sales staff was more than helpfull. My time at Griffith Motors was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a car.
